By browsing our Site, placing an order, or submitting a Custom Shirt request, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.
1. About Us
Rainbows of Learning creates fun, interactive educational apparel for kids — featuring sight words, alphabet recognition, and math concepts — designed to turn everyday moments into playful learning experiences. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Rainbows of Learning; “you” refers to the customer or visitor using our Site.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Our products are designed for children, but purchases and account creation must be made by an adult.
3. Products & Descriptions
We do our best to accurately describe and display our products, including sizing, colors, and design details. However:
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
- Sizing is provided as a guide (e.g., XS(4), S(5), M(6), L(7) for children; Small–3X for adults) and may vary slightly by style.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time without prior notice.
4. Custom Shirt Orders
Our Custom Shirt Form allows you to request personalized sight-word shirts for children and matching adult shirts. By submitting a custom order, you understand that:
- Custom orders are made-to-request based on the details you provide (size, color, design preferences, words, etc.).
- Requests submitted through the form are quote requests, not confirmed orders, until we’ve followed up with you directly to confirm pricing, availability, and production timeline.
- Because these items are personalized, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of defect or damage — please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.
- In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order affected, even after confirmation, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
7. Shipping
- Shipping timelines and costs will be provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the items ordered (including custom items, which may require additional production time).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that page for eligibility windows, non-returnable items, and instructions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, sight-word shirt designs, photography, and text — is the property of Rainbows of Learning and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
